Bowen's Battalion Inf., 9th MO Cav. Vols. & 10th MO Cav. Vols. (Franklin Co.)

About half of the battalion was raised in Franklin Co., MO. This battalion was merged into the 9th MO Cav. on July 03, 1862 and the 6 companies of the 9th MO Cav. were merged with 6 companies of the 10th MO Cav. into the 10th MO Cav. Vols.
